Pat w sprawie rewitalizacji kolei z Kartuz do Lęborka. Samorządów nie stać na studium rewitalizacji linii kolejowej. Teraz rozmowy trzeba zaczynać od nowa i to w trybie pilnym.
– Do przetargu stanęły dwa podmioty, jeden zaoferował dokument za ponad milion złotych, drugi za ponad dwa miliony. Na to samorządów nie stać – mówi zastępca wójta gminy Sierakowice Zbigniew Fularczyk.
We wrześniu ubiegłego roku samorządowcy powiatu kartuskiego, lęborskiego, wejherowskiego, a także gmin Chmielno, Sierakowice, Linia, Łęczyce oraz miasta Lębork wyłożyły 400 tysięcy złotych na opracowanie studium, które ma dać m. in. obraz kosztów inwestycji i ekonomicznego uzasadnienia jej realizacji.
Celem reaktywacji linii kolejowej Kartuzy-Lębork jest przedłużenie trójmiejskiej kolei metropolitalnej, która jeszcze w tym roku dotrze do Kartuz. Samorządowcy w tej sprawie spotkają się po raz kolejny w najbliższy piątek.
