Sąd ogłosił upadłość Portu Lotniczego Gdynia – Kosakowo
Sąd ogłosił upadłość Portu Lotniczego Gdynia – Kosakowo. Wnioskowała o to sama spółka po tym jak w lutym Komisja Europejska nakazała jej oddanie pomocy finansowej otrzymanej od samorządów Gdyni i gminy Kosakowo. Chodziło o ponad 90 mln złotych. 85 milionów to wkład Gdyni, resztę dało Kosakowo. Większość tej kwoty – czyli 70 mln zł – przeznaczono na budowę infrastruktury lotniska, które jest już prawie gotowe. Komisja Europejska nakazała zwrot samorządowych pieniędzy, które uznała za niedozwoloną pomoc publiczną. W połowie marca spółka Port Lotniczy Gdynia-Kosakowo wnioskowała do Sądu Rejonowego Gdańsk-Północ w Gdańsku o ogłoszenie upadłości. Wczoraj sąd przychylił się do tego wniosku. W komunikacie przesłanym przez rzecznika Sądu Okręgowego wskazano, że sąd wezwał wierzycieli spółki, by w ciągu trzech miesięcy od daty ogłoszenia obwieszczenia o ogłoszeniu upadłości zgłaszali swoje wierzytelności. Zdecydował również o wyznaczeniu syndyka. Mimo wnioskowania o upadłość samorządy nie rezygnują z uruchomienia lotniska. Już w marcu władze Gdyni zapowiadały, że będą się starać o dokończenie inwestycji ukończonej w 98 procentach. Zaskarżyły też decyzję Komisji Europejskiej do sądu w Luksemburgu.
