Sąd ogłosił upadłość likwidacyjną Hydrobudowy Gdańsk S.A. To jedna z największych i najstarszych w swojej dziedzinie firm na Pomorzu – jej początki sięgają 1949 roku.
Spółka na swojej stronie podaje, że jest w trakcie realizacji 10-ciu inwestycji – m.in. rozbudowy Nabrzeża Rumuńskiego w Porcie Gdynia, falochronów w Porcie Wojennym w Gdyni i rozbudowy mariny Narodowego Centrum Żeglarstwa AWFiS w Górkach Zachodnich. Wniosek o upadłość złożono 30 stycznia. Sąd Rejonowy Gdańsk-Północ go zatwierdził i wyznaczył Janusza Łepkowskiego na syndyka masy upadłościowej spółki.
Prezes Hydrobudowy Wojciech Czajko w wywiadzie dla portalu gospodarkamorska.pl wyjaśnił że wniosek o upadłość związany był z problemami, jakie spółka napotkała przy realizacji kilku inwestycji. Chodzi m. in. o kontrakt z Gdańską Infrastrukturą Wodociągowo-Kanalizacyjną oraz z warszawskim ratuszem dotyczący przebudowy lewobrzeżnych bulwarów nad Wisłą. „ Inwestorzy reprezentujący publiczne pieniądze zalegają nam z zapłatą faktur na łączną sumę przekraczająca 22 miliony złotych” powiedział portalowi prezes Hydrobudowy.
