Problemy przy budowie budynku socjalnego w Kościerzynie
Opóźniają się prace przy budowie nowego budynku socjalnego w Kościerzynie. Powodem są problemy techniczne i wykonawca, który nie zgadza się z projektem budowy.
Budynek ma powstać przy ulicy Gajowej na osiedlu Wierzysko w Kościerzynie. Czekają na niego 24 rodziny, dla których powstaną tam mieszkania socjalne. Przetarg na jego budowę wygrała firma z Gdyni, która o 200 tysięcy zł obniżyła cenę realizacji inwestycji – mówi burmistrz Michał Majewski. Budynek ma być gotowy latem przyszłego roku.
