Rządowy projekt ustawy o obrocie ziemią na spotkaniu rolników
Projekt ustawy o obrocie ziemią zdominował spotkanie rolników w Szemudzie. O zmianie przepisów i nowych możliwościach ponad setka gospodarzy rozmawiała z przedstawicielami pomorskich instytucji.
Eksperci z Agencji Restrukturyzacji i Modernizacji Rolnictwa,Agencji Rynku Rolnego, Ośrodka Doradztwa Rolniczego i Agencji Nieruchomości Rolnych przyjechali do Szemuda na zaproszenie tamtejszego samorządu. To do tej ostatniej instytucji posypało się najwięcej pytań – rolnicy chcieli poznać kwestie m.in. dziedziczenia i sprzedaży gruntów w świetle projektu nowej ustawy o obrocie ziemią. Projekt ustawy, która wejdzie w życie najprawdopodobniej w maju przewiduje zamrożenie sprzedaży gruntów wchodzących w skład zasobu własności rolnej skarbu państwa. Adam Śliwicki, zastępca dyrektora ANR uspokajał, że nowe prawo będzie chroniło ziemię przed spekulacyjnym wykupem przez cudzoziemców i nie uderzy w posiadaczy małych gospodarstw. Na spotkanie w Szemudzie przyszło około 150 rolników.
