Ryba po kaszubsku obok ryby po japońsku czy tortu rybnego – to tylko niektóre z potraw, które walczyły wczoraj o palmę pierwszeństwa w finale konkursu „Rybka z Kaszub”.
Jego organizatorem była Lokalna Grupa Rybacka Kaszuby. Stoły w Kaszubskim Uniwersytecie Ludowym w Wieżycy były bogato zastawione – 40 kucharzy amatorów zaprezentowało na nich swoje pomysły na danie główne, przystawki i zupy. Była to czwarta edycja „Rybki z Kaszub” – i jak zapewniają organizatorzy nie ostatnia. Najlepszą zupę rybną „Wspomnienie lata” przygotowały panie z KGW Klukowa Huta, najlepszą przystawkę „zawijanińca rybnego’” zaserwował Bogusław Korzeniewski a nagroda za najlepsze danie główne powędrowała do KGW Kożyczkowianki, panie przygotowały gulasz rybny.
