Ruszyła budowa Węzła Kwiatowa w Wejherowie
Na dwa lata utrudnień w ruchu, objazdów i zmian w rozkładzie jazdy autobusów Miejskiego Zakładu Komunikacji muszą się przygotować mieszkańcy Wejherowa. Ruszył pierwszy etap budowy Węzła Kwiatowa.
Bezkolizyjny węzeł przy ulicy Kwiatowej to obok budowanego Węzła Zryw i zrealizowanego już Węzła Działki jedna z trzech najkosztowniejszych inwestycji w historii Wejherowa. Szacowana na prawie 50 mln, przy 19 mln dofinansowania unijnego inwestycja pozwoli na połączenie południowej i północnej części Wejherowa. W ramach pierwszego etapu przebudowana będzie ulica 10 Lutego i przylegające przecznice. – Ten odcinek zostanie zamknięty, wyznaczone są objazdy – informuje wiceprezydent miasta, Beata Rutkiewicz. W związku z prowadzonymi pracami zmieniony jest także rozkład jazdy autobusów wejherowskiego MZK. Kursy omijać będą m.in. przystanek Dworzec PKP. Pierwszy etap budowy Węzła Kwiatowa – i związane z nim zmiany w regulacji ruchu drogowego i rozkładzie jazdy MZK – potrwają do końca maja przyszłego roku.
