Ruszy wydatkowanie unijnych środków na Miejskie Obszary Funkcjonalne
Za kilka tygodni powinno ruszyć wydatkowanie pierwszych środków unijnych przeznaczonych na Miejskie Obszary Funkcjonalne. To między innymi 76 mln zł dla Lęborka, prawie 57 mln dla Kościerzyny i 39 mln dla Bytowa.
– Zadeklarowane środki trafią do poszczególnych miast – zapewnia wicemarszałek województwa Ryszard Świlski.
Porozumienia w tej sprawie podpisano w Urzędzie Marszałkowskim w Gdańsku już rok temu, a realizacja miała rozpocząć się pod koniec 2015 roku. Na Pomorzu to łącznie 63 inwestycje o wartości ponad 1 miliarda złotych, w tym między innymi modernizacja infrastruktury drogowej, budowa węzłów integracyjnych, a także termomodernizacje i budowa ścieżek rowerowych. – Są opóźnienia, a samorządy nie mają pewności czy zagwarantowane środki do nas trafią – mówi zastępca wójta gminy Kościerzyna Grzegorz Świtała. W naszym województwie utworzono 8 Miejskich Obszarów Funkcjonalnych, czyli terenów zlokalizowanych wokół większych miast o charakterze powiatowym.
Wśród planowanych w ramach Miejskich Obszarów Funkcjonalnych inwestycji są między innymi modernizacja infrastruktury przeznaczonej do odzysku i recyklingu odpadów w Bytowie, utworzenie oddziału diabetologii w Szpitalu Specjalistycznym w Chojnicach czy budowa węzła integracyjnego wraz z rewitalizacją dworca PKP w Kościerzynie.
