Policjanci sprawdzą umowy o śmieci w gminie Chojnice
Koniec pobłażania dla właścicieli domków letniskowych bez umów na wywóz śmieci – zapowiadają władze gminy Chojnice.
Były kontrole urzędników, teraz posesje sprawdzą także policjanci. Zaostrzenie procedur to wynik kontroli miejscowości Swornegacie – gdzie wykryto 15 przypadków lekceważenia nowej ustawy śmieciowej.
To dla nas sytuacja niezrozumiała, że właściciele wynajmują letnikom domki nie wyposażając ich w pojemniki na śmieci – mówi wójt gminy Chojnice Zbigniew Szczepański.
Dodaje, że samorząd nie ma własnej straży więc o pomoc poproszono policję, dziś ruszają ponowne kontrole. Kontrole będą prowadzone na terenie całej gminy. Władze gminy zapowiadają zero tolerancji dla właścicieli domków letniskowych bez umów na wywóz śmieci, są gotowe kierować sprawy do sądu.
