Rusza V edycja festiwalu „Cassubia Cantat”
Rusza V edycja jednego z najważniejszych festiwali na Kaszubach – „Cassubia Cantat”. Zespoły mogą się zgłaszać do 26 września. Organizowany przez Muzeum Zachodnio – Kaszubskie w Bytowie festiwal promuje wyłącznie autentyczne ludowe pieśni z Kaszub. Źródłem są archiwalne utwory zebrane przez naukowców w powojennej akcji zbierania folkloru. W 2009 roku część z nich – dotąd leżących w magazynach Instytutu Sztuki Polskiej Akademii Nauk w Warszawie – wydano na płycie „Cassubia Incognita”. Przygotowanie minimum 3 utworów z tej płyty jest warunkiem uczestnictwa w festiwalu Cassubia Cantat. Przez ostatnie 4 edycje festiwalu powstało mnóstwo świetnych opracowań – podsumowuje organizator festiwalu Jaromir Szreder. Zespoły do tegorocznej edycji festiwalu mogą się zgłaszać do 26 września. Płytę Cassubia Incognita można pobrać ze strony internetowej Muzeum Zachodniokaszubskiego w Bytowie bądź też strony Skarbnica Kaszubska. Konkursowe przesłuchania zaplanowano na 04 października.
