Rusza kwalifikacja wojskowa – można zgłosić się na ochotnika
W lutym ruszy kwalifikacja wojskowa. Z gdyńskiej Wojskowej Komisji Uzupełnień wezwania dostało 4 tysiące 400 osób w tym 50 kobiet. Można także zgłosić się na ochotnika.Kwalifikacja wojskowa jest następczynią poboru. Zastąpiła go w 2009 roku wobec zawieszenia obowiązkowej służby wojskowej i przejścia na armię zawodową. – Ma na celu zebranie informacji o stanie zdrowia fizycznego i psychicznego młodych ludzi, pod kątem ich predyspozycji do służby w wojsku – wyjaśnia komendant Wojskowej Komendy Uzupełnień w Gdyni Grzegorz Stańczyk. Do kwalifikacji mogą się także zgłosić ochotniczo pełnoletnie osoby które z wojskiem wiążą swoją przyszłą karierę. Kwalifikacja jest pierwszym krokiem m.in do służby przygotowawczej. Kwalifikacja rozpocznie się 03 lutego w powiecie kartuskim – badania będą się odbywać w Kartuskim Centrum Kultury. Także w lutym kwalifikacja odbędzie się w Wejherowie, Gdyni I Gdańsku, w marcu w Kościerzynie i Sopocie, a w kwietniu w Pucku.
