Rumia pozyskała fundusze na budowę budynku komunalnego
Władze miasta podpisały już umowę z Bankiem Gospodarstwa Krajowego.
– Fundusze są zbierane od trzech lat dzięki sprzedaży dawnych mieszkań komunalnych z 75-procentową bonifikatą – mówi burmistrz Michał Pasieczny.
Pierwszy od ponad ćwierć wieku budynek komunalny w Rumi ma pomieścić 32 mieszkania. Szacowany koszt to około 6 mln zł. Kolejnym krokiem było pozyskanie 35-procentowej umarzalnej pożyczki z Banku Gospodarstwa Krajowego. Budynek komunalny stanie u zbiegu ulic Żwirki i Wigury oraz Reja i ma być początkiem zmian w tej dzielnicy. W Rumi zapowiadają, że budowa rozpocznie się jeszcze w tym roku.
