Rozpoczyna się Heineken Open’er Festiwal
Na lotnisku Gdynia – Kosakowo rozpoczyna się Haineken Open’er Festiwal – czterodniowe święto muzyki i jeden z największych festiwali na świecie. Jego popularność chcą wykorzystać władze Gdyni na promocję miasta – za pomocą Gdynia City Zone.
Przez cztery dni na lotnisku Gdynia – Kosakowo odbędzie się blisko 100 koncertów i setów dj’skich. Do tego liczne przedstawienia teatralne, maratony filmów dokumentalnych, pokazy mody oraz wykłady i warsztaty designu. Promować się będą też organizacje pozarządowe i miasto Gdynia. Na terenie festiwalowego miasteczka stanęła Gdynia City Zone – debiutująca na Open’erze przestrzeń dedykowana miastu, które od 11 lat gości Open’era. Interaktywne instalacje, materiały filmowe i otoczenie głównego namiotu zaprojektowali lokalni graficy, projektanci i filmowcy.
– Wszystko to maa pokazać głównie młodym ludziom wyjątkowy klimat miasta, którego marką turystyczną obok Open’era stały się takie projekty artystycznie jak Lady’s Jazz Festiwal czy Globaltica – mówi prezydent Gdyni Wojciech Szczurek.
Gdynia City Zone będzie wyposażona także w punkt Info, gdzie można zasięgnąć rad na temat tego, co warto zobaczyć w mieście. Heineken Open’er Festiwal rozpoczyna się dzisiaj i potrwa do soboty.
