Rozpoczęły się wypłaty odszkodowań dla właścicieli lasów prywatnych
Powiat kościerski rozpoczął wypłaty odszkodowań dla właścicieli lasów prywatnych poszkodowanych ubiegłoroczną nawałnicą. Środki pochodzą z Funduszu Leśnego i przeznaczone są na uporządkowanie zniszczonych terenów leśnych.
– Właściciele po uporządkowaniu terenu powinni zgłosić się do starostwa w Kościerzynie – mówi starosta Alicja Żurawska.
Łącznie w powiecie wydano prawie 550 takich decyzji. Sierpniowa wichura w powiecie kościerskim zniszczyła całkowicie powierzchnię 1200 ha lasów prywatnych, a na 1600 hektarach trzeba było uprzątnąć złomy i wywroty. Wysokość odszkodowań uzależniona jest od wieku zniszczonego lasu – dodaje starosta Żurawska. W powiecie kościerskim wypłacono sześć pierwszych odszkodowań. Kwoty sięgały od 1200 do 8 tysięcy złotych.
