Rozbudowa szkół i remonty: ważne zadania w powiecie wejherowskim
– Przed nami ważne zadania, dlatego mam nadzieję że rada będzie pracować zgodnie – skomentowała Gabriela Lisius w porannej audycji Dzień Dobry Kaszuby. Ponownie została wybrana starostą powiatu wejherowskiego na pierwszej sesji tej kadencji.
Najważniejszym zadaniem samorządu powiatowego w Wejherowie będzie rozbudowa szkół. Trzeba przygotować się na wrzesień 2019 roku i przyjęcie dwóch roczników – uczniów kończących gimnazja i ósme klasy szkoły podstawowej. W planach jest też rozbudowa budynku starostwa, niezbędna przy rosnącej liczbie petentów. W ciągu ostatnich 20 lat w powiecie przybyło 50 tysięcy mieszkańców.
