Policjanci CBŚP rozbili grupę handlującą nielegalnym paliwem
Cztery osoby, w tym kierującego zorganizowaną grupą przestępczą zatrzymali policjanci CBŚP z Gdańska. Grupa trudniła się handlem nielegalnym paliwem.
W procederze brały udział osoby z całego kraju. Policjanci ustalili, że w ciągu niespełna roku podmioty gospodarcze zarejestrowane na tzw. „słupy” nie odprowadziły co najmniej 17. mln zł należności podatkowych wobec Skarbu Państwa – od oleju napędowego sprowadzonego z Niemiec i wprowadzonego do obrotu na terenie Polski. Wszyscy zatrzymani usłyszeli zarzuty udziału w zorganizowanej grupie przestępczej, a jeden z nich kierowania tą grupą. Zarzucono im także pranie pieniędzy i przestępstwa karno-skarbowe, zastosowano wobec nich dozory policji i poręczenia majątkowe. Sprawa określana jest jako rozwojowa – planowane są dalsze zatrzymania.
To druga w ciągu miesiąca grupa przestępcza zajmująca się handlem nielegalnym paliwem, o której rozbiciu informuje Komenda Wojewódzka Policji w Gdańsku. Na początku czerwca aresztowań dokonali policjanci z poznańskiego CBŚP – w sprawie procederu którym trudniły się osoby z Gdańska, Szczecina i województwa wielkopolskiego.
