Rondo w Mrzezinie gotowe – oficjalnie oddano je dziś do użytku. Nowe skrzyżowanie i modernizacja odcinków łączących tzw. „drogę przez łąki “ z Puckiem kosztowały ponad 4 miliony 600 tysięcy złotych.
– Na inwestycję wspólnie złożyły się gmina Puck i puckie starostwo, bo to jedna z najważniejszych dróg w powiecie – podkreśla starosta Jarosław Białk.
Oprócz budowy ronda wymieniono chodniki wzdłuż ulicy Gdyńskiej, relokowano sieć wodociągową i wybudowano kanalizację tłoczną. – To były uciążliwe cztery miesiące, ale warto było przeczekać – ocenia sołtys Mrzezina Kamil Hinz. Utrudnień kierowcy mogą się jeszcze spodziewać na odcinku Smolno – Żelistrzewo, tam wciąż trwają prace związane z położeniem nawierzchni. Ruch wahadłowy ma obowiązywać najdalej do końca bieżącego roku.
