Rocznicę 150. lat czasopiśmiennictwa kaszubskiego uczczono w Wejherowie
Od 150. lat kaszubskie czasopisma kształtują tożsamość i język kaszubski. Rocznicę uczczono w Wejherowie konferencją, na której omówiono najważniejsze gazety i miesięczniki.
Jako pierwszy ukazał się „Skôrb Kaszëbskò – słowińsczé mòwë” wydawany przez Floriana Ceynowę w 1866 roku. To on zapoczątkował dyskusję nad tożsamością Kaszubów i pozycją naszego języka – mówi organizator konferencji profesor Daniel Kalinowski. Podkreślał Dariusz Majkowski, redaktor naczelny jedynego dzisiaj miesięcznika kaszubskiego „Pomerania”. Wystawę o historii czasopiśmiennictwa kaszubskiego oglądać można w Muzeum Piśmiennictwa i Muzyki Kaszubsko-Pomorskiej w Wejherowie.
