To prawdziwe święto teatrów amatorskich, działających na co dzień przy szkołach oraz instytucjach kultury.

Grand Prix IX edycji Wieżowiska trafiło do grupy Bambo ze szkoly podstawowej w Rumi. Wśród młodzieży najlepiej oceniona została grupa Trumniaki z Pucka oraz Wściekłe Pandy z ZS nr 14 w Gdyni. Wśród dorosłych najwyższe noty otrzymał Teatr 3 arts Trójmiasto, mistrzami monodramu okazali się Agata Wicka i Mariusz Królikowski.
