Regionalne obchody Światowego Dnia Turystyki
Dynamiczny rozwój oferty i znakomita współpraca podmiotów z branży są kluczem do sukcesu – mówiono w Gdańsku, podczas regionalnych obchodów Światowego Dnia Turystyki. Na dorocznej gali dziękowano samorządom, organizacjom pozarządowym, firmom i osobom zaangażowanym w turystyczną promocję województwa Pomorskiego.
– To dzięki ich zaangażowaniu i współpracy w ubiegłym roku co trzeci turysta w Polsce trafiał na Pomorze – podkreślał marszałek Mieczysław Struk.
Wyróżniono kilkanaście osób i przedstawicieli instytucji, których działania znacząco wzbogaciły ofertę turystyczną. Ta – jak ocenia prezes Pomorskiej Regionalnej Organizacji Turystycznej – w ciągu ostatniej dekady przeszła ogromną metamorfozę. Dodaje Bożena Sollich odznaczona wyróżnieniem „Za Zasługi Dla Turystyki”. Światowy Dzień Turystyki obchodzony jest od 26 lat.
