– Przez ponad 10 miesięcy wydano 209 kart, miasto pozyskało też prywatnych partnerów. Próba się powiodła, więc chcemy objąć pomocą także rodziny z trójką dzieci – zapowiada burmistrz Redy Krzysztof Krzemiński.
Reda rozszerza program „Rodzina na plus” – będzie z niego korzystało więcej rodzin wielodzietnych. W styczniu tego roku wystartował pilotażowy program, którym objęto redzkie rodziny z czwórką i więcej dzieci. Wystarczyło zgłosić się po kartę, która uprawniała do dopłaty do dojazdu do szkoły czy pracy, dawała też darmowy wstęp na miejskie lodowisko czy zajęcia w domu kultury. To głównie niepubliczne przedszkola i punkty przedszkolne. Podobną pomoc jak w Redzie wprowadziło kilka miast na Kaszubach – m. in. w Rumi, Gdyni czy Kościerzynie. Jest to akcja niezależna od Ogólnopolskiej Karty Dużej Rodziny – wprowadzonej 16 czerwca i adresowanej do rodzin z trójką dzieci, niezależnie od dochodu. Wnioski o wydanie karty także należy składać w gminach, a listę instytucji oferujących zniżki znaleźć można pod internetowym adresem: rodzina.gov.pl.
