Radni powiatu puckiego zasiadali w Radzie Nadzorczej spółki Szkuner bezprawnie – wynika z opinii prawnej zamówionej przez puckiego starostę. Andrzej Styn, Andrzej Sitkiewicz i Roman Czerwiński funkcje w radzie nadzorczej władysławowskiej spółki pełnili od dwóch lat, jednocześnie wypełniając mandat radnego powiatu. Właścicielem Szkunera jest powiat, a artykuł 25 ustawy o samorządzie powiatowym mówi wyraźnie „Radni i ich małżonkowie nie mogą by członkami władz zarządzających lub kontrolnych i rewizyjnych ani pełnomocnikami spółek handlowych z udziałem powiatowych osób prawnych”. Czy radni poniosą konsekwencje z tytułu złamania prawa? Starosta pucki Wojciech Dettlaff dodaje, że nie każdy radny musi dokładnie znać przepisy. Teraz zgromadzenie wspólników spółki musi wybrać nową radę nadzorczą, a ta wybierze z kolei nowego prezesa Szkunera – Lucyna Boike-Chmielinska zrezygnowała ze swojej funkcji przed miesiącem. Zarząd spółki oraz zgromadzenie wspólników zbiorą się jeszcze w tym tygodniu. Trójka powiatowych radnych za zasiadanie w radzie nadzorczej otrzymała ponad 90 tysięcy złotych.
