Pustostany w Wejherowie pod lupą Straży Miejskiej
Są nieestetyczne, stwarzają też zagrożenie – pustostany w Wejherowie pod lupą straży miejskiej. Rozpoczęto tam wzmożone kontrole.
– Zbierające się w takich miejscach osoby często spożywają alkohol, są agresywne wobec okolicznych mieszkańców i stwarzają zagrożenie pożarowe – mówi Zenon Hinza.
Bodźcem do rozpoczęcia akcji była interwencja funkcjonariuszy podczas libacji, która miał miejsce kilka dni temu w jednym z opuszczonych budynków w centrum miasta. Jedna z wylegitymowanych osób poszukiwana była listem gończym. Po tym incydencie komendant straży miejskiej zapowiedział regularne kontrole pustostanów w Wejherowie. W Wejherowie istnieje kilkadziesiąt takich budynków, ich właściciele będą wzywani przez straż do uporządkowania i zabezpieczenia obiektów przed dostępem osób trzecich. Z tym mundurowi mogą mieć jednak problem. Komendant radzi pospieszyć się tym, którzy sytuację prawną swojej własności mają uregulowaną, a ciągają się z zabezpieczeniem. Poniesione wydatki miejskie władze mogą odzyskać – poprzez wpisanie kosztów utrzymania do hipoteki nieruchomości. (Foto: www.sm.wejherowo.pl)
