PUP wesprze zatrudnienie młodych w Gdańsku
Do zatrudniania młodych bezrobotnych przy wsparciu finansowym Powiatowego Urzędu Pracy zapraszają przedsiębiorców w Gdańsku.
Tamtejszy pośredniak jutro otwiera nabór wniosków o refundację części kosztów poniesionych na wynagrodzenia, nagrody i składki na ubezpieczenia społeczne. Przez najbliższe trzy lata pomorskie pośredniaki rozdzielą w sumie 157 mln złotych wsparcia firmom, które na dwa lata dadzą pracę bezrobotnym do 30 roku życia. W Gdańsku od jutra wnioski mogą składać przedsiębiorcy, którzy chcą zatrudnić bezrobotnego zarejestrowanego w tamtejszym pośredniaku – pod warunkiem, że w firmie przez ostatnie 6 miesięcy nie nastąpiło zmniejszenie zatrudnienia z przyczyn zakładu pracy.
– Okres refundacji obejmuje 12 pierwszych miesięcy zatrudnienia, kolejny rok pracodawca finansuje na własny koszt. Korzyść jest obopólna – mówi Lidia Metel z Powiatowego Urzędu Pracy w Gdańsku.
W tym roku pośredniaki w województwie pomorskim na refundację kosztów zatrudnienia młodych bezrobotnych będą miały do dyspozycji 39 mln zł, w kolejnych dwóch latach po 59 mln zł.
