Puckie starostwo będzie wspierać przedsiębiorców
Po milion złotych rocznie przez 5 najbliższych lat przeznaczy puckie starostwo na wsparcie przedsiębiorców. Pieniądze na ten cel powiatowy samorząd pozyskał z unijnych środków. Program ma zachęcić pracodawców do kreowania nowych miejsc pracy dla stażystów.
– To dla niech między innymi szansa sprawdzenia kwalifikacji zatrudnianych osób – mówi pucki starosta Jarosław Białk.
W ramach programu przedsiębiorcy dostaną 2 tys złotych dofinansowania za każdego stażystę oraz 400 złotych dodatku na utrzymanie jego miejsca pracy. Po trzech miesiącach zatrudnienie musi zmienić formę ze stażu na etat. Stażystą może zostać osoba bezrobotna od 30 roku życia. Dotacja obejmie też jej wynagrodzenie – około tysiąc złotych miesięcznie przez pierwsze trzy miesiące, oraz 90 procent najniższej średniej krajowej po podjęciu pracy na etacie. Nabór wniosków ruszy w najbliższych tygodniach.
