Ptaki z bliska i dla każdego. Akcja Karmnik w Gdyni
W Leśnym Ogrodzie Botanicznym Marszewo w Gdyni rozpoczęły się zimowe pokazy obrączkowania ptaków. Najbliższy odbędzie się w tę niedzielę.
Ornitolodzy mierzą i obrączkują najróżniejsze gatunki ptaków z gdyńskich lasów – jak sikorki czy zięby. Można pomóc w pomiarach, przyjrzeć się ptakom z bliska i posłuchać opowieści o ich cechach. Można też wziąć udział w przyrodniczych warsztatach oraz nauczyć się dokarmiać ptaki zimą tak, by im nie szkodzić. To część ogólnopolskiej Akcji Karmnik, którą rozpoczęto 12 lat temu. Ptaki obrączkuje się w miejscach ich regularnego dokarmiania przez całą zimę do wczesnej wiosny.
Pokazy w Leśnym Ogrodzie Botanicznym Marszewo odbywają się co dwa tygodnie – w godzinach 08:00 – 13:00. Najbliższy odbędzie się w niedzielę 30 grudnia.
