Szef sopockiej Straży Miejskiej nie nacieszył się pracą
Mirosław Mudlaff, odwołany rok temu komendant Straży Miejskiej w Sopocie został przywrócony do pracy prawomocnym wyrokiem Sądu Okręgowego w Gdańsku. Gdy stawił się w miejscu pracy, dostał jednak wypowiedzenie.
– Prezydent stracił zaufanie do pana Mudlaffa jako komendanta Straży Miejskie – tłumaczy Anna Dyksińska z Biura Promocji i Komunikacji Społecznej Urzędu Miasta.
Sekretarz miasta wręczył mu pismo o przywróceniu do pracy na poprzednio zajmowane stanowisko, na obowiązujących wcześniej warunkach, ale jednocześnie oddelegował Mudlaffa do Wydziału Zarządzania Kryzysowego oraz wręczył mu wypowiedzenie umowy o pracę z okresem 3-miesięcznym. – Pan prezydent Sopotu walczył o udowodnienie w sądzie swojej niewinności przez sześć lat. Ja o swoją również zamierzam walczyć i na pewno złożę pozew o uznanie tego wypowiedzenia za nieskuteczne. – zapowiedział Mirosław Mudlaff.
