Przystanki PKM – Gdynia Karwiny i Gdynia Stadion w przyszłym roku
Mieszkańcy Gdyni będą musieli jeszcze poczekać na rozbudowę trasy Pomorskiej Kolei Metropolitalnej. Dwa nowe przystanki powstaną w przyszłym roku.
Chodzi o przystanki: Gdynia Karwiny i Gdynia Stadion. Kolejki PKM jeżdżą już prawie pół roku, ale na gdyńskim odcinku zatrzymują się tylko w Wielkim Kacku i Gdyni Głównej. Nowe przystanki miały być zbudowane w tym roku – okazały się jednak wyzwaniem inżynierskim. Gdynia Karwiny ma powstać w stromym wąwozie, a Gdynia Stadion ma się zmieścić na nasypie kolejowym. Na przesunięcie terminu na 2017 rok ma też wpływ przedłużający się przetarg na wykonawcę.
Budowa nowych przystanków w Gdyni ma kosztować około 33 mln zł.
