Przystanek kolejowy w Rumi Białej Rzece coraz bardziej realny
Rumia jest blisko zawarcia porozumienia w sprawie budowy nowego przystanku kolejowego – informują władze miasta.
Chodzi o stację i tunel Biała Rzeka na wysokości Centrum Handlowego Auchan. Niedawno Polskie Linie Kolejowe zawarły umowę na zaprojektowanie modernizacji linii 202. W jej ramach znalazła się przebudowa peronów w Rumi i nowe przystanki min. w Redzie i Bolszewie.
– O Białej Rzece jeszcze z PKP PLK rozmawiamy – mówi burmistrz Rumi Michał Pasieczny.
Rumia zapisała już swoją część inwestycji w Wieloletniej Prognozie Finansowej. Do tunelu przy nowym przystanku miasto będzie musiało wykonać układ drogowy między Cegielnianą a Grunwaldzką na wysokości centrum handlowego. W ramach porozumienia powstanie też drugi tunel przy ulicy Hodowlanej. Nowy przystanek w najlepszym wypadku powstanie za kilka lat. W Rumi dobiega natomiast końca modernizacja stacji SKM w Janowie, ma być zakończona w maju. Miasto w tym miejscu wybuduje węzeł przesiadkowy z parkingami i tunelem do krajowej szóstki.
