Przystanek Biała Rzeka i tunel pod torami w Rumi coraz bardziej realne
W Rumi nowy przystanek Biała Rzeka wraz z tunelem pod torami coraz bardziej realne. Mają powstać w ramach modernizacji linii kolejowej 202. Wyłoniono już firmę, która zaprojektuje zmiany. Chodzi o gruntowną modernizację odcinka z Gdyni Chyloni przez Lębork do Słupska.
– Współpracujemy z projektantami, miasto będzie musiało wybudować drogę do przyszłego przystanku – mówi burmistrz Rumi, Michał Pasieczny.
Spółka Polskie Linie Kolejowe oprócz nowego przystanku w Rumi ma wykonać tunel pod torami. – Przebudowana zostanie także stacja Rumia by ułatwić życie podróżnym – zapowiada Martyna Janduła PKP PLK. Modernizacja kolejowej linii z Gdyni do Słupska miałaby się rozpocząć w 2020 roku i zakończyć w ciągu trzech lat. W przygotowaniu jest dokumentacja potrzebna do ubiegania się o dofinansowanie z Unii Europejskiej.
