Przypominają o karach za nielegalne pozbywanie się ścieków
Gmina Wejherowo przypomina o karach za nielegalne pozbywanie się ścieków. Powodem są zgłoszenia z Gościcina o takim procederze, skutkującym nieprzyjemnym zapachem unoszącym się nad okolicą.
Do Urzędu Gminy i gdyńskiej spółki PEWiK wpływają skargi, według których pod osłoną nocy nieczystości z szamb przepompowywane są do studni rewizyjnych kanalizacji sanitarnej w Gościcinie. Uwalnia się przy tym siarkowodór, skutecznie aromatyzując powietrze w miejscowości. Mieszkańcy skarżą się na odór, a gmina przypomina że „nielegalne opróżnianie zbiornika bezodpływowego stanowi wykroczenie, które podlega karze grzywny nawet do 5 tys zł”. Do tego „kto nielegalnie wprowadza ścieki do urządzeń kanalizacyjnych, podlega karze ograniczenia wolności albo grzywny nawet do 10 tys. zł”.
Samorząd apeluje o zaprzestanie tego typu procederu – a do świadków o zgłaszanie takich sytuacji organom ścigania.
