Przymierzają się do modernizacji miejskiej kanalizacji
W Pucku przymierzają się do inwestycji za dziesiątki milionów złotych – miejski samorząd chce zmodernizować przestarzały system kanalizacyjny. Środków na inwestycję będą szukać w funduszach unijnych.
– Nie stać nas na dalsze odkładanie tej inwestycji w czasie – mówi wiceburmistrz Pucka, Lucyna Boike-Chmielińska.
Obecnie tylko nieliczne, najnowsze osiedla w Pucku wyposażone są w dwa osobne ciągi kanalizacyjne – deszczowy i sanitarny. Większość miasta obsługuje stara, ogólnospławna kanalizacja, która generuje wysokie koszty związane z remontami i opłatami za odbiór ścieków. Pucki samorząd zamierza ją zmodernizować kosztem 60 milionów złotych – z czego ponad połowę samorządowcy chcą pozyskać z programu Infrastruktura i Środowisko. Jeżeli starania o unijne fundusze zakończą się sukcesem, prace mają ruszyć w 2018-tym roku i potrwają około 4 lata.
