Przymierzają się do aktywizacji nowych terenów inwestycyjnych
Mają przynieść dodatkowy przychód miastu i przyciągnąć inwestorów – w Rumi przymierzają się do aktywizacji nowych terenów inwestycyjnych. Mowa o kilkudziesięciu hektarach działek na północy miasta przy granicy z Kazimierzem.
– Tereny będą przystosowane do działalności produkcyjno-usługowej – mówi burmistrz Rumi Michał Pasieczny.
Miasto negocjuje warunki dzierżawy bądź odkupu działek – bo tylko 10 procent gruntów jest własnością gminy, reszta jest w posiadaniu prywatnych właścicieli. Rumski samorząd ma zamiar pozyskać dofinansowanie ze środków europejskich w ramach programu Invest in Pomerania – mówi naczelnik wydziału rozwoju miasta Agnieszka Rodak. Nowa strefa przemysłowa w Rumi ma powstać do końca 2027 roku.
