„Przyjazna dzielnica” w Gdyni uzupełni Budżet Obywatelski
W Gdyni mieszkańcy będą mogli zdobyć pieniądze dla swojej dzielnicy na programy edukacyjne i wydarzenia kulturalne. Konkurs „Przyjazna dzielnica” będzie prowadzony równolegle z Budżetem Obywatelskim i ma być jego uzupełnieniem.
Do budżetu można zgłaszać propozycje na remonty i inwestycje, natomiast „Przyjazna dzielnica” ma dotyczyć organizacji czasu wolnego. Propozycje będą zgłaszać rady dzielnic, ale w tak zwanym partnerstwie – z bibliotekami, szkołami, samorządami uczniowskimi, radami rodziców, klubami seniora, organizacjami pozarządowymi, parafiami, spółdzielniami czy Zakładem Komunikacji Miejskiej. Możliwości jest wiele, ważne by pomysły dotyczyły działań kulturalnych, sportowych, podnoszących poczucie bezpieczeństwa i prorodzinnych. W tym projekcie nie chodzi tylko o rozrywkę – wyjaśnia gdyński radny Paweł Brutel.
Wyboru wśród zgłoszonych projektów dokonają mieszkańcy, głosowanie odbędzie się we wrześniu razem z głosowaniem do Budżetu Obywatelskiego. Do podziału w konkursie „Przyjazna Dzielnica” będzie 550 tysięcy złotych. Nabór wniosków poprzedza program pilotażowy, w którym projekty są przyjmowane do 29 marca.
