Przygotowują się do koronacji obrazu Matki Bożej Pocieszenia
Sanktuarium Kalwaryjskie we Wielu przygotowuje się do koronacji obrazu Matki Bożej Pocieszenia. Korony podczas pobytu w Polsce poświęcił papież Franciszek.
Uroczystości organizowane są w związku z setną rocznicą powstania Kalwarii we Wielu. Patronuje im Matka Boża Pocieszenia, której obraz znajduje się w wielewskim sanktuarium. Korony ufundowała pochodząca z Wiela rodzina Szalewskich, poświęcono je podczas Mszy świętej pod przewodnictwem papieża Franciszka, w której wzięli udział parafianie z Wiela – opowiada ks. proboszcz Jan Flisikowski. Koronacja obrazu Matki Bożej Pocieszenia odbędzie się we Wielu w przyszłym roku podczas majowego odpustu. Historii obrazu, a także stuleciu Kalwarii Wielewskiej poświęcona będzie konferencja naukowa, która zostanie zorganizowana we Wielu 22 i 23 września tego roku.
