Przy cmentarzu powstał parking z zapleczem handlowym
Przy cmentarzu w Wejherowie powstał parking z zapleczem handlowym. Zakończono inwestycję przy ulicy Roszczynialskiego.
– Powstała też toaleta publiczna i zaplecze dla handlujących kwiatami i zniczami – wymienia zastępca prezydenta Wejherowa Beata Rutkiewicz.
Miejski samorząd wydał na jego budowę 1 mln 700 tysięcy złotych. Kosztowne było zwłaszcza odwodnienie terenu. Parking pomieści prawie 300 samochodów, wybudowano też 3 zatoki autobusowe. Teren jest oświetlony i objęty monitoringiem wizyjnym. Mimo nowych miejsc parkingowych wejherowska straż miejska apeluje do mieszkańców miasta, by we Wszystkich Świętych dojeżdżali na cmentarze komunikacją miejską. Wjazd na ogólnodostępny parking przy Roszczynialskiego od ulicy Sikorskiego odbywać się będzie wyłącznie ulicą Odrębną w obu kierunkach. Zamknięte dla ruchu zostaną ulice: Roszczynialskiego, Myśliwska, Ofiar Grudnia ’70, Leśna i Brzozowa. (Foto: wejherowo.naszemiasto.pl)
