Rekordowa liczba misterników przedstawi sceny męki i śmierci Chrystusa na wejherowskiej kalwarii. Tradycyjnie w Niedzielę Palmową odbędzie się uroczysty wjazd Jezusa na osiołku o godzinie 10:00 przy Bramie Oliwskiej.
– Podobnie jak w poprzednim roku aktorzy odegrają także wydarzenia z Wielkiego Czwartku – zaprasza Wojciech Rybakowski, reżyser widowisk.
Misterium Męki Pańskiej rozpoczynające się przy pierwszej stacji Drogi Krzyżowej na Kalwarii zaprezentowane zostanie dwukrotnie – w niedzielę Palmową o 15:00, w Wielki Piątek zaś o 10:00. Początek wielkoczwartkowych inscenizacji o 16:00 w klasztorze ojców franciszkanów. Misternicy występują na wejherowskiej kalwarii od 2002 roku. Zainteresowanie zarówno Wielkim Piątkiem jak i późniejszymi inscenizacjami nie maleje, w tym roku spodziewamy się sporej widowni. – Wyjątkowo dużo ma być także aktorów – mówi Wojciech Rybakowski. Wydarzenia na kalwarii i w innych częściach Wejherowa organizowane są przez stowarzyszenie Misternicy Kaszubscy.
