Prowadzący zbiorki publiczne już nie potrzebują urzędowej zgody. Wystarczy że ci, którzy zbierają datki do puszki, zarejestrują się na specjalnej stronie internetowej. Obowiązek uzyskania urzędowych pozwoleń zniosły nowe przepisy, które w życie weszły w ubiegły piątek. Wystarczy zebrać min. 3 osoby i wysłać zgłoszenie do Ministerstwa Administracji i Cyfryzacji. Informacja o zbiórce powinna pojawić się po kilku dniach na stronie internetowej co oznacza, że można już prowadzić akcję. Po jej zakończeniu organizator będzie miał 30 dni na publikację sprawozdania. Dzięki temu zanim wrzucimy kwestującemu pieniądze do puszki będziemy mogli sprawdzić kto jest organizatorem danej akcji i na co dokładnie zbiera fundusze. System ma ułatwić działanie organizacjom które prowadzą kwesty ale także być przejrzysty dla darczyńców – którzy teraz często nie ufają zbierającym pieniądze na ulicy. Nowe przepisy mają ułatwić działanie organizatorom zbiorek, jednak nadal nie dają gwarancji na weryfikację kwestującego – większość z nas nie korzysta jeszcze na tyle z urządzeń mobilnych, by od razu sprawdzić w internecie osobę proszącą o datek. Więc wciąż zanim wrzucimy pieniądze do puszki przyda się zdrowy rozsądek, a jeśli mamy dostęp do internetu to możemy kwestującego sprawdzić na stronie internetowej www.zbiorki-gov.pl.
