Na około 110 euro szacuje się jednolitą płatność obszarową na 2015 rok. Projekt ustawy o płatnościach bezpośrednich na lata 2015-20 został już przyjęty przez rząd. Nowe przepisy wdrażają unijne rozporządzenia regulujące Wspólną Politykę Rolną do 2020 roku, która w znacznie większym stopniu niż poprzednia nastawiona jest na ekologię i zachowanie w dobrym stanie środowiska naturalnego.
Celem zasadniczym nowego systemu wsparcia bezpośredniego jest wspieranie dochodów rolników oraz wynagradzanie ich za produkcję dóbr publicznych, przeciwdziałanie wzrostowi cen żywności oraz zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa żywnościowego – wskazało Centrum Informacyjne Rządu w komunikacie. Dodano w nim, że wspieranie dochodów rolników będzie realizowane za pomocą wszystkich rodzajów płatności, czyli: jednolitej, za zazielenienie, dla młodych rolników, dodatkowej, do powierzchni upraw, do zwierząt, dla małych gospodarstw i płatności niezwiązanej. Kwoty płatności na kolejne lata są w tej chwili tylko szacowane – mówi zastępca dyrektora Agencji Restrukturyzacji i Modernizacji Rolnictwa w Gdyni Michał Krause. Dopłaty mają przysługiwać rolnikom mającym przynajmniej jednohektarowe gospodarstwo rolne, przy czym przepisy przewidują też płatność dla małych gospodarstw, której maksymalny poziom wyniesie 1 tys 250 euro: kleka-male-gospodarstwa-15-01-08 Aby otrzymać dopłatę bezpośrednią, rolnik – tak jak dotąd – będzie musiał złożyć odpowiedni wniosek. Ma na to czas od 15 marca do 15 maja.
