Problemy z portem lotniczym w Gdyni-Kosakowie
Coraz większe problemy portu lotniczego w Gdyni-Kosakowie. Komisja Europejska prawdopodobnie zdecyduje o konieczności oddania pomocy publicznej przeznaczonej na jego budowę. To 100 milionów złotych. Komisarze kwestionują zasadność powstania lotniska w odległości 25 kilometrów od działającego od lat portu lotniczego w Rębiechowie. Zdaniem Komisji szacunki o wielkości ruchu lotniczego i przychodów z lotniska w Gdyni – Kosakowie są znacznie przesadzone. Według informacji z Brukseli decyzja ws. pomocy publicznej dla portu lotniczego Gdynia – Kosakowo jeszcze nie zapadła, ale eurodeputowany Platformy Obywatelskiej Jan Kozłowski w TVN 24 powiedział, że to kwestia najbliższych dni i… sugeruje, że będzie to decyzja negatywna. Samorządy Gdyni i Kosakowa w specjalnym oświadczeniu bronią swoich decyzji i zasadności budowy lotniska. Ich zdaniem obecne problemy wydłużą jedynie czas powstania inwestycji, nie spowodują jednak wzrostu kosztów całego projektu.
