Prezydent rozczarowuje kaszubskich działaczy
Prezydenckie weto nowelizacji ustawy o mniejszościach narodowych i etnicznych z rozczarowaniem odebrane zostało przez środowiska kaszubskie.
– Jesteśmy niezadowoleni, ale weto niekoniecznie musi wynikać ze złych intencji głowy państwa – twierdzi Członek Komisji Wspólnej Rządu i Mniejszości i wiceprezes Zrzeszenia Kaszubsko-Pomorskiego Tomasz Fopke.
Przypomnijmy, że nowa wersja zapisu prawnego chroniącego prawa mniejszości, w tym Kaszubów zakładała m. in. udział uwzględnionych w ustawie mniejszości w komisjach konkursowych wybierających dyrektorów szkół, w których uczy się języka danego narodu, dyrektorów regionalnych publicznych rozgłośni radiowych i telewizyjnych oraz możliwość posługiwania się językami mniejszości, np. kaszubskim, w urzędach innych niż te na szczeblu gminnym.
Weto Prezydenta Andrzeja Dudy stanowczo skrytykowało natomiast stowarzyszenie Kaszëbskô Jednota, obawiające się, że to początek nowego kierunku polityki wobec mniejszości narodowych i etnicznych. To prawdziwy cios nowego obozu rządzącego zadany Kaszubom mówi sekretarz Zarządu Kaszëbsczi Jednoté Karol Rhode.
Karol Rohde, zaznaczył jednocześnie, że argument prezydenta, jakoby z nowelizacją ustawy wiązał się zbyt duży wydatek z budżetu państwa, jest zupełnie nietrafiony. Głowa państwa do czasu objęcia urzędu związana z PiS nie może narzekać na zbyt duże wydatki jednocześnie zamierzając stworzyć województwo środkowopomorskie, czego koszt jest nieporównywalnie większy niż kilkanaście punktów w których obywatele RP mogą mówić w swoich językach ojczystych – konkluduje przedstawiciel Kaszëbsczi Jednotë.
