Prace związane z budową węzła integracyjnego w Redzie rozpoczęły się od przebudowy kanalizacji
Od przebudowy kanalizacji w okolicach dworca w Redzie rozpoczynają się prace związane z budową węzła integracyjnego.
W najbliższym czasie zostanie wymieniony główny rurociąg, odprowadzający ścieki z gminy Wejherowo, Wejherowa, Redy i Rumi do oczyszczalni w Dębogórzu, mówi burmistrz Redy, Krzysztof Krzemiński. Miasto stara się o to, by kierowcy mogli parkować również wzdłuż ulicy Sobieskiego. Węzeł przesiadkowy będzie składać się z 200 miejsc parkingowych,zatoki autobusowej, zmodernizowanych tuneli z windami oraz zadaszonego parkingu rowerowego wraz z wypożyczalnią. Ponadto przebudowane zostanie skrzyżowanie przed dworcem oraz powstaną nowe przejścia dla pieszych. Budowa ma rozpocząć się w marcu przyszłego roku. Prognozowany koszt inwestycji to 16 mln złotych. Węzeł przesiadkowy ma zostać oddany do użytku pod koniec 2019 roku.
