Księga tańców kaszubskich, czyli „podręcznik” do tańca – wyda Muzeum Piśmiennictwa i Muzyki Kaszubsko – Pomorskie w Wejherowie wspólnie z wydawnictwem Region.
Publikacja będzie oparta na tekstach Pawła Szefki – znawcy folkloru kaszubskiego i autora m.in. czterech zeszytów Tańców Kaszubskich. W przyszłym roku minie 25-ta rocznica jego śmierci. – Naszym projektem chcemy uczcić jego zasługi, a wszystkim zainteresowanym dać narzędzia do nauki kaszubskich tańców – mówi koordynatorka projektu Aleksandra Janus. Książka jest jego pierwszym elementem. Będzie to pierwsza publikacja związana z tańcami kaszubskimi zawierająca filmowy instruktaż. Pomoc merytoryczną zapewnia tancerz i choreograf Marek Czarnowski, realizacja projektu nastąpi w przyszłym roku.
