Wypięknieje pięć budynków użyteczności publicznej, ich utrzymanie będzie też tańsze. Najpierw trzeba jednak wydać ponad 8 mln zł. Dziś podpisano umowę z wykonawcą remontu Domu Pomocy Społecznej w Kobysewie.
– Prace mają być tak przeprowadzone, by nie były uciążliwe dla podopiecznych – mówi dyrektor DPS Andrzej Byczkowski.
Budynek zyska nową elewację oraz system ogrzewania. Audyt energetyczny wykazał duże ubytki ciepła w tym obiekcie, dlatego zostanie on wyremontowany jako pierwszy. Kosztorys opiewa na ponad pół miliona złotych. –Modernizacja ma być zakończona do końca sierpnia – mówi kartuska starosta Janina Kwiecień. Jeszcze w tym roku termomodernizację przejdzie filia kobysewskiego DPS w Sulęczynie. Prace zaplanowano też w Specjalnym Ośrodku Szkolno – Wychowawczym w Żukowie, kartuskim PCPR-ze oraz szpitalu.
