Potrawy z gęsi królowały w Wiejskim Domu Kultury w Strzelnie
Pasztet z gęsi, wędliny, czernina – królowały wczoraj na stołach w Wiejskim Domu Kultury w Strzelnie. Mieszkańcy gminy Puck zebrali by posmakować frykasów z gęsiny.
Było to 14 już spotkanie organizowane w listopadzie po dniu Św. Marcina. Dania według tradycyjnych, przechowywanych z pokolenia na pokolenie przepisów, przygotowały panie z kół gospodyń wiejskich. – To kulinarna kwintesencja Kaszub – mówią: wójt gminy Puck Tadeusz Puszkarczuk i przewodnicząca KGW ze Strzelna, Małgorzata Białk. Biesiadnicy mieli także okazję posłuchać muzyki, zapoznać się z fragmentami najnowszej powieści Artura Jabłońskiego „Fényks” czy posłuchać kaszubskiej gawędy Józefa Roszmana. Dzieciom najbardziej podobały się pokazy kaszubskiego tańca.
