Posadzeniem żonkili zainicjują jutro w Gdańsku Pola Nadziei – akcja ma finał wiosną, gdy kwitną te kwiaty.
– To święto społecznej solidarności z terminalnie chorymi – mówi Alicja Stolarczyk z Fundacji Hospicyjnej w Gdańsku. Ma też promować wolontariat i zachęcać do profilaktyki i dbania o siebie. Od kilku lat pomorskie hospicja organizują wspólnie doroczną, wiosenną kwestę. Tradycją stało się także jesienne sadzenie żonkili, rozdawane później podczas finału Pól Nadziei. W Gdańsku jutrzejsza inauguracja rozpocznie się o 15:00 mszą świętą w Kaplicy Baranka Bożego Hospicjum im. Ks. Dutkiewicza. Przyszłoroczny, wielki finał Pól Nadziei jest planowany na 24 kwietnia.
