Porwani członkowie załogi statku „Szafir” zostali uwolnieni
Ja poinformowało Ministerstwo Spraw Zagranicznych – pięciu polskich marynarzy, których 27 listopada uprowadzono u wybrzeży Nigerii, zostało uwolnionych. Są bezpieczni i wkrótce powrócą do kraju.
Przypomnijmy, że pochodzą oni z Trójmiasta i Szczecina. Wcześniej do Polski wróciło pozostałych 11 członków załogi statku „Szafir”. Wszyscy marynarze oraz ich rodziny otrzymają ze strony państwa także w kraju dalsze wsparcie, w tym pomoc psychologiczną – zapewnia MSZ i dodaje, że kwestia porwanych marynarzy oraz doprowadzenie do szczęśliwego finału tej sprawy było priorytetem dla polskich władz oraz dla armatora statku „Szafir” – spółki Euroafrica, która prowadziła żmudne i trudne negocjacje z porywaczami. Polski MSZ podziękował też władzom Nigerii, które zarówno na szczeblu centralnym, jak i lokalnym udzieliły wszelkiej pomocy.
