Poprawia się kondycja finansowa powiatu kościerskiego
Powiat kościerski pomału wychodzi z długów. W tym roku na wykup obligacji i spłatę kredytów udało się zaoszczędzić 2 mln złotych. Na sprzedaż wystawiono też kolejne nieruchomości w Cisewiu, Kościerzynie i Piechowicach.
– Pomóc ma w tym sprzedaż nowych nieruchomości, choć rynek obecnie nie jest korzystny – mówi starosta Alicja Żurawska.
Samorząd powiatu kościerskiego od ponad roku realizuje plan naprawy finansów. Zgodnie z tym dokumentem przez najbliższe 10 lat władze powinny zmniejszyć zadłużenie z 40. do 30. mln złotych. Na ten rok zaplanowano wykup obligacji na sumę ponad 3. mln złotych.
Jak zapewnia starosta Żurawska, powiatowy samorząd ma też zabezpieczone środki na wypłatę wynagrodzeń w swoich jednostkach do końca roku.
