Ponad milion złotych wsparcia dla klubów sportowych
Ponad milion złotych przeznaczył Urząd Miejski w Gdyni na szkolenie dzieci, młodzieży i organizację imprez przez lokalne kluby sportowe. O dotację z miejskiej kasy starało się 49 podmiotów.
– Nasze kluby mają konkretną wizję rozwoju, co przekłada się na skuteczność w pozyskiwaniu środków – mówi dyrektor Gdyńskiego Centrum Sportu, Marek Łucyk.
Wyniki sportowe, atrakcyjność oferty programowej i liczba szkolonych – to najważniejsze kryteria jakimi kierował się gdyński magistrat przy przyznawaniu grantów. Liderem w tabeli okazała się piłka nożna – 8 miejscowych klubów piłkarskich sięgnie po łączną kwotę 250 tysięcy złotych. Na drugim miejscu uplasowało się żeglarstwo z kwotą 190 tysięcy, a po 70 tysięcy otrzymają gdyńskie kluby pływackie i judo. W sumie gdyński magistrat na pierwsze półrocze 2016 roku rozdysponował 1 milion 50 tysięcy złotych, czyli o 10 procent więcej niż w ubiegłym roku.
Starania o drugie rozdanie tegorocznego dofinansowania z Urzędu Miasta gdyńskie kluby będą mogły rozpocząć na przełomie maja i czerwca.
