Ponad 60 nielegalnych wysypisk w ramach akcji „Płacisz nie Porzucaj”
Elektrośmieci, odpady budowlane i worki ze śmieciami – już ponad 60 nielegalnych wysypisk zgłoszono w ramach akcji „Płacisz nie Porzucaj”. Stop absurdom śmieciowym powiedział trzy miesiące temu Wojewódzki Inspektorat Ochrony Środowiska w Gdańsku. Akcję uruchomiono w połowie stycznia, bo pobocza dróg i leśne ścieżki nadal są zaśmiecane, mimo obowiązującej od lipca ustawy śmieciowej i wprowadzonej przez nią reformy w gospodarowaniu odpadami. Choć płacimy za odbiór śmieci to i tak zarówno odpady komunalne – najczęściej w workach, sprzęt AGD oraz śmieci budowlane – w tym zawierające azbest nadal lądują na terenach kolejowych, opuszczonych posesjach i w lesie. Przez trzy miesiące zgłoszono do Wojewódzkiego Inspektoratu Ochrony Środowiska w Gdańsku ponad 60 takich wysypisk, połowa z nich zlokalizowana jest w okolicach Gdańska, ale sygnały napłynęły też z Gdyni, Redy, Wejherowa, Szemuda, Żukowa, Kościerzyny, Kolbud, Przywidza, Lęborka i Pucka. Wszystkie zgłoszenia przekazywane są władzom gmin – wyjaśnia rzecznik gdańskiego inspektoratu Barbara Gdaniec – Rohde. Informację o nielegalnych wysypiskach można przekazywać dzwoniąc na specjalną infolinię bądź poprzez stronę internetową Wojewódzkiego Inspektoratu Ochrony Środowiska w Gdańsku.
